the editing bin #2: In which baseball’s the best… (1:01:50)

Rachel and Stephanie welcome long-time friend Becca Tingstrom to the editing bin. They have forged a close bond over the years through their love of film and all things vampire. Lucky for them those two things collide in this week’s episode. The film adaptation of Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight released this week to the cheers of fangirls and the groans of teenage boys everywhere. Turning an ancient, bloodthirsty villain into a modern day, angst-ridden teenager as Stephanie Meyer has tried to do, is a difficult task. While Twilight did not leave Rachel, Stephanie, and Becca running for the hills, it did send them searching for more Transylvanian terrain in Underworld (2003) before returning to high school in My Best Friend is a Vampire (1988).

In addition to the movies they reviewed in this episode, the ladies want to give an honorable mention to the ultimate in teen-vampire comedies:
